The Mystery of Pentecost
When the day of Pentecost came, the apostles were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest above each of their heads. The apostles went outside to see if others were having the same experience during the Jewish Festival of Shavout. All of people were speaking in a foreign language but miraculously they could understand each other. They all becamed filled with the Holy Spirit.
